YOUTH BASKETBALL PROGRAM
ABA CANADA
About Us
With hundreds of Canadian players playing college basketball in North America, Professional overseas or in the NBA basketball has never been bigger in Canada. Sparked by the success of the Toronto Raptors winning an NBA Championship, the number of young players participating in house leagues, school and rep/aau teams have increased dramatically.
ABA Canada is a Not-for-profit corporation that provides opportunities for student-athletes to be in a positive, encouraging, learning environment where they can develop their basketball skills, learn about competition, set goals and work towards accomplishing them. They acquire life-skills that are directly transferrable to everyday life.
History
ABA Canada was founded with the vision of developing student-athletes. Our Rep/AAU players are held to a high standard and are required to maintain an average of 75% and above. Many of the players averaged over 80% with many receiving awards such as the Top Math Award, Athlete of the Year, Art Scholarship and Valedictorian. We have built relationships with coaches at the prep, university, national team levels to give our players the resources and exposure to life as a student-athlete.

Our players have had success in the Ontario Basketball Association and the National Team with Canada Basketball. The teams have competed in the top tournaments in Canada and the United States and have experienced many championships. ABA Canada has competed in Adidas Guantlet and now Bigfoot Hoops live period tournaments, a premier showcase for high level players and teams.

Community involvement is something that ABA Canada is passionate about. They contribute back to the community through various initiatives.
